Proof of current Rabies shot and spayed or neutered is necessary to purchase a license.
A completed dog license application is required for any dog that has not previously been licensed in the Town of Whitewater, along with proof of rabies vaccination as well of proof of spay / neuter if applicable. Click here to download the dog license application: Dog license application
