Dog License Fees
All dogs residing full or part time in the Town of Whitewater MUST be licensed. If your dog has a current license from another Town, City, or State, the Town considers that a current license. Dog licenses are a yearly requirement of the State of Wisconsin. Licenses must be purchased each calendar year by March 31st and are good from January 1 to December 31. Non-compliant owners will have a $5 late fee enforced after March 31 of each year.
Proof of current Rabies shot and spayed or neutered is necessary to purchase a license.
A completed dog license application is required for any dog that has not previously been licensed in the Town of Whitewater, along with proof of rabies vaccination as well of proof of spay / neuter if applicable. Click here to download the dog license application: Dog license application
